RETURN & EXCHANGE

You have the right to return a product within fourteen calendar days of receipt, provided it remains unused, in its original condition, and retains all labels and packaging.

Exclusions: Discounted items, customized products, and tailored pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to return a product, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Return Process:

  • Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will carefully inspect them to ensure they are unused and undamaged.
  • If approved, we will either exchange the product for the requested size, issue a store credit for the return or send you a refund of the payed products.
  • The processing time for issuing store credit ranges between 2 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You have the right to submit a return request within 14 days. Once we have accepted your request, you then have 7 days to ship the package. If in either case you submit the request or send the package after these deadlines, the return will not be accepted.
  • The product must be in its packaging (the bag with the logo). That bag must still be in new condition. We check for the following: tears, holes, broken zipper, or missing/removed label sticker. If at least one of these conditions is not met, your return will NOT be accepted.You will then be responsible for the costs of sending your return package back to you.
  • Products returned in damaged, altered, or used condition (unless defective) will not be accepted. This includes stains such as make-up, grease/oil, discoloration, as well as user traces such as hair. These also count as a reduction in value. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline the return and send the product back to you. 

How do I return my order?

Step 1: Submit your return request via this link. Customers or orders outside the Netherlands must send us an email to request a return: info@kalyaniofficial.nl. We will personally assist you with arranging the return shipment.

Step 2: Send your Package

Carefully pack the item and send it to the provided return address.

On the portal it states: "... date your order is returnable." This refers to submutting your return, you have a 14-day reflection period for this. Once you have submitted your return, you have 7 days to ship it. Please keep this in mind.


 

 

Incorrect Returns:

  • If you mistakenly return the wrong item, you will need to resend the correct product.
  • Any associated shipping costs for resending the correct product will be at your own expense.
  • Do not return your package without our approval and without us sending you a return label. The registered address on our Chamber of Commerce listing does not accept packages. This means you risk your return not being accepted, your package getting lost, and you incurring additional shipping costs. Please wait patiently for our response.
