Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over €200 within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders below this amount or from other countries, shipping fees may vary. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Can the abayas be washed in the washing machine?
We do not recommend washing abayas in a washing machine. Please check our Care Guide for proper care
Is it possible to return an order?
If you are not satisfied with your abaya or if it does not fit, returns are possible. Please note that you can choose between receiving store credit or a refund of the purchase amount. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Can i cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been shipped
