4. Order & Purchase Agreement
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product from KALYANI. The agreement is finalized only after all required details have been provided, you have confirmed acceptance of our terms and conditions, and payment has been successfully completed. Until the order is finalized, you have the option to modify your order and details online. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the order details. The purchase agreement applies only to the items specified in this confirmation.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally eligible to enter into a contract or have obtained consent from a parent or guardian.
KALYANI reserves the right to cancel or modify an order, in whole or in part, if a product becomes unavailable despite being listed as in stock. This could be due to stock depletion, product discontinuation, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you via email, and any payments made will be refunded as soon as possible.
All purchase agreements are subject to Dutch law. This clause does not affect KALYANI’s right to cancel the agreement under applicable legal provisions.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in euros and exclude VAT, shipping, and any applicable customs fees unless stated otherwise. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout.
If a pricing error occurs and is clearly incorrect, we are not obligated to fulfill the order at that price, even if an order confirmation has been issued.
We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Maestro, and Apple Pay.
6. Ownership Rights
Ownership of all products remains with KALYANI until full payment is received.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We process and dispatch orders within one to three business days. Any delays will be communicated on our website.
Shipping Costs:
- Netherlands: €7.50
- Other countries: Between €9.95 and €34.95
All packages are shipped with our logistics partner, PostNL.
Ensure your address details are correct when placing an order. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, you will be responsible for return or reshipping costs.
If your package arrives damaged, report it to the courier before accepting the delivery. Without this documentation, KALYANI cannot be held responsible.
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control.
9. Warranty & Product Quality
At KALYANI, we stand by the quality of our products and conduct thorough inspections before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. However, if you receive a defective or faulty item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Warranty Coverage:
- Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that affect the product’s functionality under normal use.
- If a defect is found, we will assess the situation and either repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:

- Normal wear and tear over time.

- Defects caused by excessive or incorrect use.
- Pilling (fabric fuzzing) or wrinkling of clothing.
- Damage from improper washing or drying methods.
- Damage caused by external factors such as friction, sharp objects, or chemicals.
